About the Role:
This is a salary plus commission position with paid expenses and great company benefits. As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales call and appointment setting quotas, exceeding sales goals for transaction and revenue growth, and generating and qualifying leads in the commercial real estate segment.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales call and appointment setting quotas.
- Exceed sales goals for transaction and revenue growth.
- Generate and qualify leads in the commercial real estate segment.
- Call prospective clients to set appointments and solicit business.
- Keep CRM current by logging calls, appointments, tasks, notes, etc.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue with existing commercial clients.
- Keep current with industry changes and competitor strategies.
- Maintain a well-known, respected presence in the local commercial real estate community.
- Maintain an excellent level of communication and relationship with internal staff.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- 2+ years outside sales experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a professional manner.
- Ability to manage customer base both internally and externally.
- Attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to conduct group product presentations and training sessions.
- Self-motivation.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Good prospecting, interviewing and closing skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Technical knowledge of the title/real estate business a plus.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary.
- Uncapped commissions on new business revenue and support of existing business.
