Responsibilities:
➻ Prepare marketing documents, pitch materials, confidential information memoranda, board presentations, and management presentations.
➼ Create valuation analysis, including comparable companies, comparable transactions, and discounted cash flows.
➽ Conduct financial due diligence and industry research.
➾ Create detailed operating financial models.
➿ Support senior bankers in their relationship management responsibilities.

Requirements:
⟀ Four-year degree with advanced degree or financial certifications not required, but preferred.
⟁ Minimum 3+ years of relevant investment banking experience (middle market is important).
⟂ Current FINRA Series 79 Representative – preferred.
⟃ Solid personal reputation, exceptional work ethic and professional integrity.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
