Saxon Global is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst - Swift Expert to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, plus additional benefits.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with expertise in SWIFT products and protocols to support the delivery of business requirements and technical specifications. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Swift Expert, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, capture requirements, and refine them into executable specifications. Your deep understanding of business and technical domains, combined with your experience in software implementations, will enable you to provide thought leadership and expert advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influence stakeholder strategy by understanding their needs and envisioning solutions to solve problems.
  • Establish and build relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations.
  • Lead cost/benefit analysis to align technology solutions with business strategy.
  • Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests.
  • Act as a subject matter expert within the business/technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions.
  • Determine the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications across a business/technical domain; assist with identifying integration points and end-to-end solution design.
  • Ensure changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies.
  • For vendor applications, work closely with the vendor to ensure changes meet bank requirements, including assisting with acceptance testing where needed.
  • Assist users and development teams in application testing and troubleshooting, and may help with test planning and configuring test solutions to validate functional and system needs.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to create, analyze, and improve processes and solutions.
  • Mentor more junior analysts.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in the technology industry.
  • 3-5 years' hands-on experience in installing patches, maintaining, troubleshooting, and testing SWIFT products: SWIFT Alliance Gateway, SWIFT Alliance Access, SWIFT Web Platform, and SWIFT Net Link.
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of all SWIFT messaging formats.
  • Demonstrated experience in SWIFT protocols.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, visual presentations, and effective listening skills.
  • Ability and desire to think creatively to deliver business results both independently and as part of a team.
