Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Middle Market Investment Banking Expert to join our team at Navagant. As an Associate, you will play a key role in driving our clients' success through strategic M&A advice.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing marketing documents, pitch materials, confidential information memoranda, board presentations, and management presentations that showcase our clients' value proposition.
  • Developing valuation analysis, including comparable companies, comparable transactions, and discounted cash flows that provide actionable insights for our clients.
  • Conducting financial due diligence and industry research to identify potential risks and opportunities for our clients.
  • Creating detailed operating financial models that simulate various business scenarios and help our clients make informed decisions.
  • Supporting senior bankers in their relationship management responsibilities, ensuring seamless execution of client projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A four-year degree with advanced degree or financial certifications not required but preferred.
  • A minimum 3+ years of relevant investment banking experience in middle market, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Current FINRA Series 79 Representative – preferred.
  • Solid personal reputation, exceptional work ethic, and professional integrity.
