About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Comprehensive Benefits Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our benefits programs.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive benefits strategy that supports our company's goals and meets the diverse needs of our workforce.
- Manage our health insurance, dental, vision, life, and disability plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee retirement plans, including 401(k) or pension programs, and provide guidance on plan design and improvements.
- Lead the development and promotion of wellness initiatives to enhance employee health and engagement.
- Manage relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants, ensuring high-quality service delivery and negotiating contracts.
- Ensure all benefits programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, preparing and filing required reports and documentation.
What We Offer
- A salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
