Position Summary

The Opportunity:

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Principal Technical Recruiter who will spearhead and oversee the recruitment efforts for our technology divisions. This role demands a profound understanding of the tech landscape, encompassing the essential skills, tools, and experiences necessary for various technical positions. The Principal Technical Recruiter will not only orchestrate the complete recruitment lifecycle but will also contribute strategically to workforce planning, working closely with engineering and product teams to align hiring initiatives with organizational goals. This position is pivotal in defining our hiring strategy, mentoring fellow recruiters, driving process enhancements across teams, and ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent to fulfill our business ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Oversight: Direct the full recruitment cycle for technical positions across all levels, including sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, and securing candidates.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Engage closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to comprehend hiring requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Guide the recruitment team through process improvement initiatives and mentorship, ensuring high performance and professional development while achieving both individual and team objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement enhancements to the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and a positive experience for candidates.
  • Scalable Initiatives: Design and execute scalable recruitment programs and initiatives to support the company’s expansion.
  • Market Awareness: Remain updated on industry trends, compliance issues, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Diversity and Inclusion Advocacy: Promote diversity and inclusion within the recruitment framework, ensuring a varied candidate pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Over 10 years of technical recruitment experience, with a proven success record in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
  • Skills: Exceptional sourcing and candidate evaluation abilities, capable of managing multiple open positions concurrently.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration, mentoring, and shaping recruitment strategies.
  • Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels and across functions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adjust to shifting business needs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. Experience with Greenhouse and GEM is advantageous.
  • Must possess eligibility to work in the United States.
