Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at The Building People. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the implementation and execution of comprehensive operations and maintenance programs for our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage budgets for contract-level operations and maintenance projects.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to ensure timely delivery of quality results within budget and scope constraints.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for client engagement and communication, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues effectively.
  • Monitor physical and functional condition of building systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of O&M/Facilities Management experience, including 5+ years in a program management/supervisory role.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
