Position Overview:
This full-time role involves working collaboratively with clients to develop and implement effective treatment strategies based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing communication, feeding, daily living skills, and social interactions for children in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Establish and maintain data collection systems to monitor and assess client progress.
  • Oversee Registered Behavior Technicians as they deliver ABA interventions.
  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings, including home, school, and community.
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all clients.
