About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team at A New Leaf Therapeutic Services PLLC. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to children and families in rural eastern North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify areas of need and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Design and implement data collection systems to track client progress and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to implement ABA-based treatment plans.
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community-based environments, ensuring a safe and positive environment for clients at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Exhibit initiative and ability to work independently, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
  • Strong reasoning skills and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders in varying situations.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with a strong focus on making a positive impact on those around you.
