About the Role:

A New Leaf Therapeutic Services PLLC is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of innovative clinicians. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in various settings, including homes, clinics, schools, and communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one therapy to children with ASD, implementing the treatment plan as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Record and graph therapy data to track progress and make data-driven decisions
  • Attend monthly training sessions, supervision, and workshops to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, including appearance, punctuality, and communication with all stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Either possess or be able to obtain an RBT credential through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • 2 years of experience preferred, but not required (ANLTS provides training for candidates who do not already hold the RBT credential)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation
  • Full coverage automobile insurance
  • Pass a federal, state, and county criminal background check
  • BLS and CPR certification (must be completed in person)
  • Ability to attend a yearly NCI training and monthly staff training

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time: 30-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm
  • Part-time: 10-29 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm (schedules will be made based on client needs)
