Job Title: Internal Communications Manager

BrandSafway is seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Manager to develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies that support the company's objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a positive company culture.
  • Manage and maintain the company's field employee app as a key platform for internal communications, working with a network of leaders and content contributors to ensure content is current, engaging, and relevant.
  • Partner with the app provider to manage the platform and ensure seamless communication with employees.
  • Coordinate and promote employee and community events, such as town halls, team-building activities, volunteer events, and celebrations.
  • Create and distribute newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials to keep employees informed about company news, policies, initiatives, and upcoming events.
  • Generate compelling content for various communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, social media, and digital signage.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to various client groups on internal communication best practices and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication efforts through feedback mechanisms, metrics, and employee engagement surveys.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to understand their communication needs and provide appropriate support.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communications, with experience in field employee communications.
  • Experience managing an employee app or similar digital communication tool a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with employee engagement strategies, including measuring and improving engagement metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, content management systems, and digital analytics tools.
