Job Description

Elmington is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the company's operations are in compliance with federal and state regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IRS rules and regulations, as well as experience working with computer software systems. You will be responsible for training compliance specialists, supervising a team, and reviewing resident files for completion and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Training compliance specialists on EPM/Fortress processes
  • Supervising a team of compliance specialists
  • Reviewing resident files for completion and compliance
  • Meeting specific deadlines set by state agencies
  • Assessing files and corrections to determine training needs

Requirements include:

  • Associate's degree preferred, but not required
  • 2-5 years of similar experience
  • Experience in other programs preferred, but not required
