Role Responsibilities
As a key member of our practice team, you will be responsible for:
  • Daily communication with team members, clients, HMRC, and other professional advisors
  • Exhibiting a personable and engaging demeanor with a positive outlook

Audit and Accounts Management
Your duties will encompass all facets of audit and accounts assignment management, including:
  • Job planning and budgeting
  • Time management and delegation to team members
  • Monitoring team progress and managing projects
  • Conducting detailed file reviews and providing constructive feedback
  • Reviewing corporation tax computations in collaboration with Tax Specialists
  • Finalizing files for Partner review, including corporation tax calculations
  • Submitting necessary documentation to HMRC and Companies House
Team Leadership
You will be instrumental in motivating and guiding your team, providing timely and constructive feedback. Your responsibilities will also include:
  • Overseeing and mentoring trainees throughout their training contracts
  • Supporting the development and progress of team members
  • Conducting in-house training sessions
  • Providing comprehensive feedback
Practice Development
Engagement in client gatherings and seminars on an ad hoc basis will be part of your role. You will also:
  • Identify account development opportunities with clients and work closely with the Partner to progress these
  • Assist in preparing and presenting pitches to potential new clients
Administrative Duties
Your role will involve:
  • Contributing innovative ideas to enhance current systems related to client and personnel matters
  • Assisting with billing processes
  • Supporting debt collection efforts in collaboration with the client partner
