Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and firm standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding their business needs, and providing exceptional service.
  • Supervise, mentor, and coach staff auditors, ensuring the team's professional development, and maintaining a collaborative work environment.
  • Identify and communicate risks to both clients and the firm.
  • Review and ensure accuracy and compliance in all audit deliverables, maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Manage engagement budgets, resources, and timelines efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting or audit.
  • Proven track record of managing audit engagements and staff work.
  • Excellent external communication with clients.
