Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of audit, compilation, and review engagements.
- Prepare clear and concise work papers with definitive conclusions, adhering to documentation standards.
- Closely collaborate with the team to address accounting, auditing, and other issues, utilizing audit tools and technology.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including footnotes, in accordance with applicable standards.
- Support the preparation of business and individual tax returns as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must have met all requirements to sit for the CPA exam, with a licensed CPA being a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public accounting working on audit, review, and compilation engagements, with CCH Engagement a plus.
- Willingness to work in Raleigh and Durham offices.
