This is a newly established role within a fresh department, requiring candidates to be adaptable, possess an entrepreneurial mindset, and continuously seek improvement, while maintaining a 'no task is too small' attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Participation and Lead Acquisition
Attend all designated events and trade shows.
Engage in meaningful conversations to capture leads and utilize lead capture tools effectively.
Devise and implement strategies to enhance booth traffic.
Lead Development
Create and execute lead nurturing campaigns for contacts gathered at events.
Ensure prompt follow-up and communication with leads to convert them into prospective clients.
Booth Oversight
Ensure all booth materials, including displays, brochures, and promotional items, are delivered and set up correctly.
Identify and manage opportunities for booth lead magnets and handouts to attract and engage visitors.
Event Planning and Execution
Assist in developing and refining the annual event strategy.
Analyze event outcomes and provide insights for future improvements.
Oversee event logistics, including staffing, shipping, setup, and teardown of the booth and resources.
Performance Reporting
Monitor and report on event performance metrics and return on investment.
Provide comprehensive post-event reports and recommendations for enhancement.
Logistics Management
Coordinate all logistical elements related to events, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and scheduling for team members.
Ensure timely shipping and receipt of all resources and address any logistical challenges that arise.
Exhibit and uphold the values of Wilson Language Training.

Qualifications:
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with public speaking and engaging with event participants.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as dictated by event schedules.
Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, event planning, or a comparable role.
Experience in field marketing within K-12, EdTech, and/or SaaS sectors is highly desirable.
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing strategies to promote events.
Strong understanding of the alignment and collaboration between sales and marketing.
Proficient in marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Demonstrated success in developing and executing email nurturing campaigns.
Experience in establishing and implementing event and tradeshow processes and best practices.
Familiarity with frameworks such as OKRs, KPIs, RACI, SMART, and SWOT for decision-making and goal-setting is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
Wilson has identified a competitive pay range for this role, taking into account various factors such as market data and internal equity considerations.
Anticipated Salary Range:
$68,000 - $86,000.
