Job Title: Acquisition Lead Manager

Apex Capital Group, a leader in property wholesaling, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Acquisition Lead Manager to oversee and manage the flow of leads within our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Tracking: Oversee the acquisition of potential leads from various sources (e.g., online platforms, direct mail, referrals) and track them in our Podio and Salesforce CRM system.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure they meet the company's criteria for viable real estate deals.
  • Lead Nurturing: Maintain consistent communication with leads, building relationships and guiding them through the decision-making process.
  • Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the sales funnel, ensuring that no lead is neglected and every opportunity is maximized.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Acquisition Manager to schedule property visits, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth contract process.
  • Follow-Up: Implement follow-up strategies, such as phone calls, texts, and emails, to keep leads engaged until they are ready to move forward with a deal.
  • Negotiation Support: Assist in negotiating property offers and contracts, providing the Acquisition Manager with well-prepared and qualified leads.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in lead management, sales, or a related real estate role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Flexibility to take calls outside of regular business hours when necessary.
