Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and collaborate with management to analyze monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Work with the Facility Finance Manager to ensure the accuracy of Labor Reporting and prepare metrics reports and dashboards.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable efforts, processing A/P invoices, and completing GRIR in the company's preferred method.
  • Collaborate with the management team to monitor and control operating expenses, identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Assist in monitoring the internal control environment, identifying gaps, and working with the Facility Finance Manager to remediate.
  • Prepare and present reports in Monthly RACM Mock Audit Meetings with the Facility Finance Manager and report findings to the facility General Manager.
  • Review and ensure payroll is processed timely and accurately on a weekly basis.
  • Back up Finance Admins for new employee paperwork and facilitate New Employee Orientation.
  • Provide account coding, invoice, and PO generation services.
  • Supervise, lead, and develop administrative staff for the facility.
  • Create and maintain capital requests.
  • Assist other departments with GRIR, Open PO, and other issues related to POs and coding.
  • Maintain all vendor files for the company, ensuring contracts, COIs, safety handbooks, and GSAs are in compliance.
  • Track expenses for capital projects.
  • Complete Month End Close.
  • Assist the Facility Finance Manager with monthly MOR Slides.
  • Provide auditors with audit documentation for live audits.
  • Track ignitor expenses.
  • View cross-charging expenses for PC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • 5+ years of experience using SAP.
  • Experience using Ariba Purchasing is a plus.
  • Experience in Operational Finance is a plus.
  • Understanding of CPG/Bottler processes is a plus.
