Receptionist Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Frontier Management (OR). As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting the overall efficiency of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, and faxes.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide directions and information to visitors, guests, and residents.
- Administrative Support
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prepare and process correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, family members, and visitors.
- Address concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Office Management
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Some college or vocational training in a related field preferred.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Physical Demands
- Ability to sit for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move around the office.
- Ability to work in a variety of environments, including office and resident areas.
- Works in a fast-paced office environment.
- Interacts with residents, family members, and visitors on a regular basis.
- May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
