Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Frontier Management (OR). As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting the overall efficiency of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, and faxes.
    • Respond to phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide directions and information to visitors, guests, and residents.
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
    • Prepare and process correspondence, reports, and other documents.
    • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, family members, and visitors.
    • Address concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Office Management
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
    • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Some college or vocational training in a related field preferred.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to sit for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move around the office.
    • Ability to work in a variety of environments, including office and resident areas.
Working Conditions
  • Works in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Interacts with residents, family members, and visitors on a regular basis.
  • May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
