Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Receptionist to join our team at Ring Power Corporation. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the sales coordinators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and visitors, direct them to the appropriate person, and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, maintain equipment, and coordinate repairs as needed.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication with sales coordinators, employees, and customers through clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, customer interactions, and branch operations data.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to sales coordinators, including filing, email management, and other sales-related duties.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or administrative position.
  • Skills: Proficient in using computer software, including Windows, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Working Environment
