Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Front Desk: Greet and assist guests, crew members, and internal and external customers in a professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of administrative experience, preferably in a high-profile setting.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize duties.
  • Language: Excellent communication skills in English, with a second language a plus.
Work Environment

Work is conducted primarily indoors in an air-conditioned office environment. Local travel may be required. Utilization of standard office equipment is used in the working environment. Motor skills and senses needed to carry out duties include sitting, talking, listening, typing, writing, visual inspection of documents and spaces. Lifting, pushing, walking, and climbing stairs on boats and small spaces may be required.
