Luxury Brand Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Luxury Brand Sales Manager to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Augusta. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury brand sales management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-volume dealership environment. You will be responsible for meeting monthly sales forecasts, creating and organizing all sales activities, recruiting and developing a retail sales force, and establishing positive relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales volume and gross profit targets.
- Sales Team Management: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing retail sales team.
- Customer Engagement: Establish strong relationships with customers through personalized service and attention to detail.
- Inventory Management: Maintain optimal vehicle inventory levels and days supply.
- Communication: Ensure sales team is informed of new inventory, advertising efforts, rebates, and incentives.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury brand sales management.
- Skills: Proven sales management skills, ability to work independently, self-motivated, and excellent communication skills.
