Job Title: Program Manager - GenAI Implementation
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our GenAI implementation program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire program, coordinating activities across different teams and stakeholders, and driving client satisfaction through effective communication and solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive GenAI implementation plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate activities across different teams and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of risks and issues
- Report project progress to senior management and drive client satisfaction through effective communication and solution delivery
- Identify and propose process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance business efficiency
- Engage with executives to drive value-based solution discussions and contribute to business development efforts
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years focus on technology implementation projects
- 5+ years in consulting or senior leadership roles
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with a proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale technology solutions
- Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement, with expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies
- Strong executive presentation and communication skills, with PMP or similar project management certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in AI or machine learning implementations, with relevant industry certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Multi-domain project experience solving complex organizational challenges, with proven consulting experience and a focus on client engagement
