Our team consists of highly proficient architects and engineers who have played pivotal roles in technical transformations across various enterprises, whether as individual contributors or in technical leadership roles, and have firsthand experience of what success entails.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer both general and specific advice on each phase of the customer cloud transformation journey concerning the HashiCorp product suite.
- Assist clients in aligning personnel, processes, and workflows with the Cloud Operating Model.
- Contribute to the development of a multi-cloud adoption framework.
- Articulate and redefine the cloud consumption model in relation to HashiCorp's Tao of workflows.
- Support Enterprise CxOs in conveying the business value derived from establishing the appropriate cloud consumption model.
- Enhance developer velocity while meeting governance, risk, and control objectives.
- Communicate the business value of the HashiCorp product suite to client executives.
- Explain the technical capabilities of HashiCorp products to diverse audiences, from practitioners to executives.
- Educate and guide customer users on how HashiCorp tools can facilitate and simplify the adoption of the Cloud Operating Model as part of their cloud transformation journey.
- Coordinate various HashiCorp professional services resources to address specific customer requirements during their technical transformation.
- Instruct individual contributors on best practices related to system administration, service management, automation, and observability.
- Be subject to additional background checks and screenings conducted by the customer.
Essential Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in designing and implementing technical systems and services.
- Intermediate understanding of DevOps processes and automation.
- Intermediate technical expertise in managing cloud and on-premise infrastructure, application deployment, and practical security methodologies.
- Working knowledge of one or more tools within the HashiCorp product suite.
- Familiarity with security and compliance requirements for shared services.
- Ability to work effectively in team settings as well as independently.
- A proven history of contributing to or leading cloud transformation efforts in one or more organizations.
- Enthusiasm for thought leadership in areas such as cloud operating models, organizational transformation, cloud operations, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Experience in managing cloud maturity and capability assessments, leading the design and implementation of cloud governance and operational processes, and developing cloud transformation roadmaps.
- Familiarity with cloud service providers and their offerings, common technical platforms, and shared service management at scale.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization, whether at a deep technical level or at an executive level.
- Capability to explain complex technical subjects in simple terms.

Individual compensation within the range will be determined based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, and education or training.
The base pay range for this role is: $156,400-$184,000 USD. The OTE pay range for this role is: $195,500-$230,000 USD.
