Crusoe Energy is on a mission to revolutionize the way we harness energy from stranded resources. As a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers deploy secure, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions on our managed cloud services platform, Crusoe Cloud.

Our platform is powered by stranded energy, enabling climate-friendly innovation in computationally intensive fields like artificial intelligence, graphics rendering, and computational biology. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our customers to ensure they get the most out of our platform, while also helping us showcase our solutions through technical demonstrations, blog posts, and customer case studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advocacy to customers as they build their products in the cloud
  • Help customers scope out their initial Proof of Concept (PoC) and evaluation of Crusoe Cloud, and assist them in scaling their workloads from PoC to deployment
  • Lead customer-facing demonstrations, discussions, and events to support product education and evangelism
  • Champion the needs of our customers and represent their requirements to our product and engineering teams to guide our product roadmap
  • Collaborate with other teams at Crusoe to develop content that will help customers develop and deploy their applications on Crusoe Cloud
  • Develop and launch sales plays and demand generation programs to target the long tail of customers

Requirements:

  • Technical degree (computer science, math, or engineering) or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of experience architecting, building, or operating cloud-based applications or infrastructures
  • Deep understanding and experience building machine learning (ML), high-performance computing (HPC), or graphics applications in cloud environments
  • Experience building with modern infrastructure tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Cloud Formation, Terraform
  • Professional cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP Solutions Architect) preferred
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Compensation Range:

Compensation will be paid in the range of $200,000 - $250,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
