Job Summary:

Mac Papers and Packaging is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and complete information to customers.
  • Communication: Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and active listening.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Office Environment: Work in a quiet office environment with minimal distractions.
  • Physical Demands: Sit for long periods, walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds.
