Marine Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Technician to join our team at Safe Harbor Marinas, LLC. As a Marine Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing boats of all kinds.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and maintain boats to ensure they are in good working condition
- Diagnose and repair boat engines, hulls, propellers, and navigational equipment
- Install and test sanitation and refrigeration systems, electrical systems, steering gear, and accessories
- Troubleshoot and repair vessel systems and components, including electrical, electronics, HVAC, plumbing, and water systems
- Conduct thorough assessments prior to starting a job, including budgeting time and resources
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Technical school training preferred
- 5 years' experience preferred
- ABYC and/or manufacturer certifications preferred
- Ability to ascend and descend a ladder
- Must carry own tools
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Eagerness to engage in a fast-paced and industry-leading company
- Consistently treats others with dignity and respect

- Frequently demonstrates a bias toward action
- Always communicates effectively and courteously with fellow teammates and members
