As an NPI Marketing Coordinator at our organization, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating and supporting the marketing and commercialization efforts for new product introductions (NPIs).

Your main objective will be to ensure the effective launch of new products into the marketplace, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to devise and implement marketing strategies, enhance customer engagement, and optimize sales opportunities.

You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid model.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work collaboratively with Offering Management and Product Marketing teams to define and implement go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables related to marketing and commercial initiatives for new product launches.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and readiness for market entry.
  • Track and report on timelines for new product launch campaigns and commercial activities, making adjustments to strategies as necessary.
  • Facilitate communication among all stakeholders, ensuring clarity of marketing objectives and responsibilities.
  • Understand business requirements and deadlines to inform targeted marketing execution in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials to empower sales, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and convey unique value propositions.
  • Lead post-launch marketing evaluations to gather insights and refine future product marketing plans.
  • Proactively manage the daily tactics and execution of marketing activities for selected MarCom Programs across various channels.
  • Provide ongoing marketing and administrative support for the Product Marketing and Campaign Management Team to ensure product commercialization activities are planned, monitored, and executed effectively.
  • Monitor pipeline, bookings, and shipments for New Products before and after their launches, providing suggestions for improvement.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, particularly in product commercialization.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model.

WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering.
  • Project Management or Lean Six certification is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in marketing, product management, project management, or engineering.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in SalesForce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
