We are seeking a skilled Production Material Handler to join our team at PrideStaff - Charlotte. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our manufacturing production facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) to move goods and products around the warehouse and production areas.
  • Accurately record and process orders in and out of the warehouse, utilizing computerized warehouse management systems (WMS), radio frequency (RF) scanners, and barcodes.
  • Consolidate and store raw and finished goods in their proper locations, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Perform quality inspections of incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Participate in cycle counts and physical inventories, maintaining inventory accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to train new employees and provide support as needed.
  • Identify and report any safety concerns or property damage, ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in a warehouse or related field, with forklift experience required and clamp experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively with others.
