Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at HRPivot. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services
  • Assist with receiving and preparing incoming merchandise for shipment
  • Provide product detail to our Ecommerce team to improve online product descriptions
  • Assist with managing inventory for our growing Accessories and Home Goods categories
  • Document product defects and provide feedback to Shipping and Buying departments
  • Communicate clearly with all departments regarding defective and unacceptable merchandise
  • Offer suggestions to improve team processes and efficiencies
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and requests
  • Assist customers with placing, tracking, and returning orders
Requirements
  • High school diploma / GED
  • Experience working with ticket systems, such as Shopify Plus, Freshdesk, or Five9
  • Quality control / assurance experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in both English and Spanish (bilingual)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to learn new tasks quickly
  • Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
  • Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and upbeat personality
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge – Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
