Requirements
  • Education: Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in an applicable field of study.
  • Experience: Twelve years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to sixteen years if non-degreed.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Job-Related Technical Knowledge: Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
  • Local, State/Province, and Federal/National Statutes and Guidelines: Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.

  • Advanced Degree: An advanced degree (Masters) or global equivalent is preferred.

  • Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and Construction/Construction Management (EPFC/CM) Marketplace: Direct experience in the EPFC/CM marketplace is a plus.
  • Writing, Editing, Proofreading, and Oral Presentation Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and oral presentation skills.
  • Global Company Communications Procedures and Programs: Knowledge of global company communications procedures and programs.
  • Business Financials and Business Strategies: Understanding of key business financials and business strategies.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think and plan strategically.
  • Team Player: Team player – comfortable leading as well as participating in a team environment.
  • Intuition and Sound Judgment: Possess strong intuition and sound judgment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to communicate effectively at all levels inside and outside the organization in fluid situations.
