About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Director to join our team at LSG Sky Chefs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and communications plans that drive business growth and enhance our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies aligned with our business objectives.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communications channels.
  • Lead internal and external communications efforts to strengthen stakeholder relationships.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
  • Develop a content strategy that supports marketing and communication objectives, including the creation of engaging and compelling content for different platforms and audiences.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media marketing, and search engine optimization.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
  • Manage media relations and public relations activities to enhance our reputation and manage our public image.
  • Develop and manage the marketing and communications budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business communications or a related field.
  • Ten or more years of applicable experience working in a corporate marketing and communications department in a mid to large size company.
  • Experience in global or multi-national marketing and communications experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with additional Spanish skills preferred.
  • Creative mindset and demonstrated strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiar with digital trends and the current social media landscape.
  • Familiar with content management systems.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with outside vendors and associations.
