The Opportunity

We are building a global roster of licensed Mental Health Clinicians to support our clients in humanitarian assistance settings. Candidates must have demonstrated experience working in these environments and/or with professionals in that sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to clients
  • Administer psychological screening instruments and deliver trauma-informed counseling
  • Support individuals and mission-specific teams in the aftermath of critical incidents
  • Consult on work-related stress and respond to moral injury
  • Work with clients of different cultures, nationalities, religions, gender, sexual orientation, and disability
Requirements
  • At least five years of clinical mental health experience with current licensure
  • A Master's degree in a mental health or human services discipline
  • Past participation in humanitarian response activities
  • Proficiency in English plus at least one other language from this list: Arabic, Chinese, French, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to provide services in Russian or Chinese
  • Experience providing supervision and/or clinical consultation to other mental health professionals
  • Experience working with clients of different cultures, nationalities, religions, gender, sexual orientation, and disability
  • Experience supporting individuals and mission-specific teams in the aftermath of critical incidents
  • Experience in consulting on work-related stress
  • Skills in responding to moral injury
  • Sensitivity to cultural differences and beliefs
