Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care and behavioral training to individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Support individuals in achieving their goals and objectives, promoting independence and self-advocacy
- Participate in recreational activities and outings, fostering social connections and community engagement
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Valid California Drivers License (CDL) required
- Pass a background investigation and drug screening
- Hold a Certified Nurse Assistant Certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding
