Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and behavioral training to individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Support individuals in achieving their goals and objectives, promoting independence and self-advocacy
  • Participate in recreational activities and outings, fostering social connections and community engagement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Valid California Drivers License (CDL) required
  • Pass a background investigation and drug screening
  • Hold a Certified Nurse Assistant Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding
