About the Role

As a Technical Architect within Salesforce, you will be tasked with engineering, designing, and delivering top-tier solutions for our clients, executing enterprise-grade implementations that showcase the platform's full potential, and guiding delivery teams to produce high-quality outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Translating business needs into well-structured solutions that optimally utilize the platform.
  • Collaborating with Business, Program, Project, Development, Operations, and Service Integration teams to provide comprehensive technical solutions.
  • Designing and implementing scalable, compatible, and high-performance solutions, with experience in creating Salesforce AppExchange products.
  • Leading technical design discussions and documenting solutions that align with client business goals.
  • Delegating development tasks to team members and mentoring developers in solution creation.
  • Generating high-level estimates by evaluating cases and crafting solutions.
  • Conducting code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure the highest code quality.
  • Demonstrating validated experience in Information Technology.
  • Possessing a minimum of eight years of professional Salesforce application development or architectural experience, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, web services, data migration, SFDC Development & Customization, Salesforce DevOps, SFDC Sales Cloud, SFDC Lightning, and SFDC Configuration.
  • Having experience in at least two complete Salesforce implementations as a Technical Lead or Technical Architect.
  • Prior knowledge of Java, .Net, JavaScript, HTML, JSON, and Angular JS is essential for success in this Salesforce Architect position.
  • Certification in PD2 is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience in developing applications on the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience in building web service-enabled applications (SOAP and RESTful).
