We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at Gucci. As a key member of our Corporate Health and Safety Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and visitors in our Florence Corporate locations.

Your primary focus will be on managing health and safety activities related to interference risks, including drafting and verifying DUVRI, confirming Technical-Professional Eligibility for contractors, validating POS, and conducting specific contractor training.

You will work closely with our Health and Safety Manager and the Corporate Health and Safety Team to analyze and oversee health and safety aspects of interventions, maintaining continuous communication with contractors and subcontractors for documentation verification.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing health and safety activities related to interference risks
  • Analyzing and overseeing health and safety aspects of interventions
  • Interface with Facility and Security departments for intervention management and contractor access
  • Overseeing construction activities for compliance with regulations
  • Collaborating on health and safety risk assessments with team members and external consultants

Requirements:

  • Three years minimum experience as an H&S Specialist, consultant, or internal
  • Training as a Prevention and Protection Service Officer
  • Degree in technical subjects (engineering, architecture, or Prevention Science)
  • Good knowledge of Office suite
  • Preferable knowledge of Autocad 2D
