William Raveis Insurance is on the lookout for a licensed Insurance Service Advisor specializing in Property & Casualty to cater to clients in Connecticut and upper New England. As an expert in Personal Lines Insurance, you will uphold our dedication to delivering exceptional products and unparalleled service to our clients and customers. Since 1984, William Raveis Insurance has operated as a full-service in-house insurance provider, achieving remarkable growth and success.
Insurance service advisors are expected to manage a comprehensive Personal Lines insurance portfolio while effectively engaging in cross-selling and retention strategies. This role demands agility in a dynamic environment, where multitasking and adaptability to changing priorities are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate for the complete range of products and services offered by William Raveis Insurance, including homeowner's and auto insurance, to both internal and external customers.
- Utilize your extensive product knowledge to cross-sell offerings to both new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with our Insurance Producers to proactively oversee and assess current portfolios, ensuring timely reviews for expiration dates and potential add-on coverage.
- Contribute to the development and expansion of our Raveis family of companies, which includes over 4,400 real estate agents and in-house mortgage professionals.
- Provide exemplary service to the customers and prospects assigned to our Insurance Producers, reflecting our core values of honesty and integrity.
- Achieve performance goals as set by the hiring manager.
- Excel in a fast-paced business environment, demonstrating the ability to pivot in response to shifting priorities.
Qualifications & Benefits:
- At least 1 year of experience in servicing Property & Casualty products.
- Possession of a current Property & Casualty license is required.
- Demonstrated independence and a strong work ethic.

Work Schedule:
- This position is hybrid, with initial training conducted in-office, transitioning to a hybrid schedule upon completion of training.
