Miguel's California Mexican Cocina - 52 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive business success.

About the Role:

  • Lead the Front and Back of the House team to deliver exceptional guest service and increase sales.
  • Create a positive work environment to retain and develop top talent.
  • Manage the financial and operational performance of the business to meet and exceed goals.
  • Promote guest service and represent the company on guest recovery.
  • Source, select, and develop top talent to fulfill current and future needs.
  • Lead by example through formal performance management, training, coaching, and positive role modeling.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/management role in full service with some if not total P&L responsibilities/impact.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication to effectively be a team leader and member.
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Office: (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Excel).
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
