* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to build rapport with clients
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

We are looking for a superlative candidate to become our newest Paralegal A bachelor\u2019s degree or paralegal certificate is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills to interact with clients from intake through all stages of litigation. Job duties will include intake interviews, case investigation and preparation, medical record review, drafting and responding to correspondence, preparing and drafting pleadings and other court filings, and more. A strong desire to advocate on behalf of our clients is a must. This is a full-time position, that could occasionally entail weekend and evening work.

Base salary ranges from $44,000 - $60,000 (depending on qualifications and experience), plus reachable monthly performance bonuses, and participation bonuses for business brought to the firm. Other benefits include: PTO, BCBS health insurance, a retirement plan with employer match, and a professional development budget.

Bilingual Candidates who are fluent in English and Spanish will receive a translation bonus in the amount of $2,000 (Paid in two installments: after 30 days, and after 6 months)
