Job Description:
- Lead the Affinity Solutions sales efforts with a defined group of distribution partners in the financial institution market by establishing and executing an effective growth and distribution business plans.
- Develop strong relationships with existing distribution partners by helping them build their business through value-added sales strategies.
- Identify target prospects and work with distribution partners to successfully solicit new Securian business.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of this role will be driving new sales results and achieving sales goals in partnership with a defined group of distribution partners, representing our comprehensive suite of financial institution products and services: credit insurance, debt protection, accidental death & dismemberment insurance and lending documents.
This is a high-profile position that involves managing relationships with key distribution partners, decision makers and internal operations teams to drive successful outcomes and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 3 + years of sales experience focused on driving new sales and meeting sales goals.
- Ability to travel independently. Travel ranging from 60 - 75% and schedules fluctuate depending on business needs.
- Strong initiative and leadership in building relationships, identifying issues and working proactively to meet client and business needs.
