Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Vice President of Business Development to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth within the financial institution market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, a keen understanding of the financial services industry, and a talent for building strategic partnerships.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in the financial institution market and increase revenue.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners, decision makers, and internal operations teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with internal teams to provide product training, support, and resources to ensure seamless sales execution.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform sales strategies and improve business results.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Travel: 60-75% travel required, with flexible scheduling to accommodate business needs.
