Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver swim instruction aligned with the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
  2. Uphold safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
  3. Assess and document students' progress promptly.
  4. Engage with parents/guardians regarding their children's swimming development.
  5. Serve as a representative of Goldfish Swim School to promote parental satisfaction.
  6. Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges faced by students.
  7. Conduct inspections of pool areas for maintenance and cleanliness.
  8. Manage the storage and organization of pool equipment.
  9. Report any incidents or accidents to management and complete necessary documentation.
  10. Occasionally perform light cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy environment.
  11. Participate in mandatory training sessions outside of regular hours.
  12. Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Experience in roles such as lifeguard, youth sports coach, camp counselor, or childcare provider is essential. Paid training will be provided, and swimming experience is advantageous.

Certifications:
Current certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid are required. Shallow water attendant certification is highly recommended.

Work Environment:
This position involves regular exposure to warm and humid conditions, with moderate noise levels.

Each Goldfish Swim School operates as an independently owned franchise. The franchisee is responsible for employment terms, including wages and benefits, which may differ across locations.
