Sales and Team Development Professional

We are seeking a talented Sales and Team Development Professional to join our team at H&M Group. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales advisors and department supervisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of sales data, customer trends, and market conditions to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with visual merchandisers to create visually appealing store displays and maintain a high standard of store appearance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Our ideal candidate has a strong background in sales and team development. Estimated Salary: $22.00 - $24.60 per hour.
