The US Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving channel marketing strategy, tactics, and support for select public safety distributor partners in the US.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for each partner and drive quarterly calendars and actions.
- Manage, monitor, and measure distributor partner marketing strategies and programs, providing regular analytics and recommendations for optimization.
- Develop and execute strategic digital and e-commerce content initiatives, including optimization planning to drive channel partner engagement and sales growth.
- Negotiate and execute supplier investment/co-op marketing programs.
- Develop channel marketing strategies in collaboration with the extended marketing team, senior manager, and sales.
- Manage innovation and development of distributor marketing tools while overseeing brand/product positioning and messaging in key segments.
- Create and maintain consistent, high-level communications cadence with account to drive partnerships and programs.
- Create high-impact and engaging presentations and support sales field activities.
- Lead special projects and programs that benefit from channel marketing involvement.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 7-10 years marketing experience; ideally working with distribution channels.
- Experience working with annual calendar of monthly programs/promo schedules required.
- Strong experience in content development, promotion ideation, and working with cross-functional and internal teams.
- Self-starter with in-depth knowledge of current channel marketing strategies and techniques.
- Experience managing annual/quarterly calendar of programs and promotions.
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated written and oral communications skills, including strong presentation skills.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Advanced ability to drive creativity and innovation.
Up to 30-40% annually.
