Position Overview:

- Efficiently transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Manage the switchboard effectively, including placing customers on hold.
- Welcome visitors warmly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and professional front desk area.
- Order Processing:
- Process blank stock orders received through various channels.
- Communicate effectively with accounts regarding product details, inventory status, and delivery timelines.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by Richardson.
- Assist customers in resolving issues while building trusted relationships.
- Handle correspondence with dealers concerning tracking, back orders, and sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office and possess strong computer skills.
- Experience in delivering solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required; college education preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
