  • Front Desk Duties:

    • Efficiently transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual.

    • Maintain a clean and professional front desk area.
  • Order Processing:
    • Process blank stock orders received through various channels.
    • Communicate effectively with accounts regarding product details, inventory status, and delivery timelines.
    • Develop a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by Richardson.
    • Assist customers in resolving issues while building trusted relationships.
    • Handle correspondence with dealers concerning tracking, back orders, and sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office and possess strong computer skills.
  • Experience in delivering solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college education preferred.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
