  • Team Leadership: Supervise construction teams, including Assistant Superintendents and field personnel, to uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship.
  • Resource Coordination: Manage labor, materials, equipment, and project timelines in collaboration with the Assistant Superintendent and Project Manager.
  • Schedule Management: Diligently work to maintain project timelines, adjusting schedules as necessary in consultation with the Project Manager or Project Engineer.
  • Quality Assurance: Strive for excellence in all project deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Safety Oversight: Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to OSHA standards and directing labor accordingly.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead all relevant project meetings, including safety and coordination sessions.
  • Documentation Management: Conduct thorough job site inspections and maintain accurate project documentation in accordance with established guidelines.
