Job Responsibilities

The Mechanical Project Supervisor will be tasked with:

  • Managing and supervising all mechanical elements of our construction projects, including HVAC, Piping, and Plumbing operations.
  • Coordinating and scheduling activities for the mechanical team to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
  • Guaranteeing that all tasks are executed in line with project specifications, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to create detailed plans and schematics.
  • Inspecting and assessing mechanical systems and equipment to identify issues or potential hazards.
  • Offering expert advice and support on mechanical issues to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Training and mentoring junior team members, promoting a positive and encouraging work atmosphere.
  • Regularly updating senior management on project progress, challenges, and results.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing mechanical construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and processes utilized in construction.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and supervising a team of construction professionals.
  • A thorough understanding of construction safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
