This leadership position requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing teams. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, overseeing daily operations, and supporting staff members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Care Coordination: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of patients.
  • Team Supervision: Provide guidance, support, and feedback to registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Admissions department, ensuring efficient workflows and effective use of resources.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for enhancement and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient care.
  • Communication: Foster open and transparent communication among team members, patients, and families to promote seamless care transitions and reduce errors.

Required Qualifications

  • Certifications: Current RN licensure in North Carolina and BLS certification.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum two years of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
