We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Serenity Nursing Services. This role offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per yearDuties and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to promote optimal health outcomes
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies, empowering them to take control of their health
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, submitting clinical and progress notes in a timely manner
  • Facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities as needed, ensuring patients receive comprehensive care
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current licensure as a registered or practical nurse in North Carolina
  • Minimum of one year's experience in nursing or related fields
  • Familiarity with medical software and equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
