Job Overview

As a Back Office Retail Accountant at Space Age Fuel Inc, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Reconciliation: Manage and reconcile sales data for retail stations using our cloud-based Petrosoft C-store software.
  • Communication: Proactively reach out to retail stations regarding timely submission of paperwork and deposits.
  • Error Correction: Identify and rectify discrepancies in daily shift reports.
  • Accounts Payable Management: Transfer accounts payable data from C-store to Sage, ensuring accuracy across both platforms.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct physical inventory postings in C-store and investigate any inventory discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Generate end-of-month financial reports and assist with price-book management for invoice processing.
  • Support: Provide backup for retail cash receipts accounting and assist retail managers as needed.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Experience in accounting or finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
